You can find the Ruby after beating the Pokemon Elite Four. Then you go to the mountain on One Island. Go up to the base of it and enter it. Then go to your right. Talk to the two Team Rocket Punks. Then battle them. Go to the end of the cave and then get the Ruby. The Sapphire I am still searching up for you.
