We all know as the pokemon games grow old some of the legendarys become not as strong as some normal monsters.So in G/S/C there is main legonds Ho-Oh and Lugia and celebi.Now the legendary dogs from G/S/C can be used in non legendary wifi battles because they do not count as legendarys.So the next generation comes onlong practicly a copy of G/S/C. Now im not sure if FR/LG articuno zapdos and moltres were in G/S/C but anyway im sure they can also be used in non legendary battles.But mew mewtwo cant.They are main legendarys.And along comes R/S/E the newest region so far (Hoen Region) which has rayquazza groundon kyogre regice regirock and registeel as legendarys.But now D/P/P has come along. the 3 regi's im not 100% sure but they can now be used they dont count has main legend's.Now there is a patern all the pokemon in three's seem to be becomming non legends.Eg.The dogs for FR/LG the 3 regi's R/S/E oh and G/S/C THE legendary bird (3 of em).

Yeah but can't you just do a battle with friend codes or is that what you are talking about with not being able to use legends. I have seen Wi-Fi battles where they use legends.

I mean the battles were there rules are NO legends you are now abble to use them.Yes people can just use them but propper wifi battles dont use legonds.
