I heard you can get a blissy in kanto with counter thunderwave and soft boiled and aromatherapy or somthing anyway.I think this is great what o you think.

That is not true i made my blissy before the elite four.It is possible.

1.You can get chansey in the safari game.(before elite four) 2.all the moves you can make it learn that it needs are before the elite four.
